The OceanFirst Charity Challenge is LIVE!

Get ready for the OceanFirst Charity Challenge, a friendly fundraising competition where organizations in our community compete to raise the most money for their cause. Last year's participants raised more than $300,000 and we're out to top that this year!

The team that raises the most during the 4-week Challenge will receive a $15,000 grant for their charity from OceanFirst Foundation. Second place will receive $5,000 and third place gets a $2,000 grant.

We've also added a new Video Challenge where charities will compete for "Best Video" and "Most Views" of thier Charity Challenge Youtube video. "Best Video", as determined by a panel of judges, will receive a $1,000 grant and the one organization that gets the "Most Views" of their Challenge Video will receive $1 per Youtube view up to a maximum of $5,000.

We'll have Bonus Challenges each week where the charities can win extra Good Neighbor Grants as well as other amazing prizes. And, the best part of the Challenge is that even if charities don't win any of the grand prize grants, they get to keep the money they raise during the campaign. So, so great.

The Challenge runs through Friday, May 15th at 1:59:59pm ET at which time the winners will be determined.
