Everyone Deserves a Safe Place to Sleep
On Friday, April 12th, eight OceanFirst WaveMakers gave up their cozy beds for one night to participate in Covenant House New Jersey’s 2024 Sleep Out: Women United Edition. Our unstoppable team raised more than $9,000 to help youth facing homelessness find safe shelter and loving care at Covenant House. That care includes essential services like education, job training, medical care, mental health and substance use counseling, and legal aid — everything they need to build independent, sustainable futures.
This incredible event builds bridges of hope for youth overcoming homelessness and survivors of human trafficking. Together, we are working towards a future where every young person has a safe place to sleep.
