Home Runs for Heroes Scores $68,000

OceanFirst Foundation awarded $68,000 to 18 nonprofits through its Home Runs for Heroes program. This special partnership with the Jersey Shore BlueClaws and Townsquare Media, 92.7 WOBM – Ocean County’s Best Variety – honors and provides support to the brave men and women who serve and protect our nation. In the sixteen years of the program, $696,000 has been awarded to help our heroes. A big WIN!

Grants were awarded to: Always Supporting Our Military ($2,000),  American National Red Cross ($1,000), Army Emergency Relief ($5,000), Cape May County Coast Guard Community Foundation ($5,000), Catholic Charities Diocese of Trenton ($7,000), Chariot Riders Inc. ($3,000), Deborah Hospital Foundation ($4,000), GI Go Fund ($2,000), Homes for All ($2,000), Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey ($2,000), Lt. Dennis W. Zilinski II, Memorial Fund ($4,000), Ma Deuce Deuce ($1,000), Marine Corps. Scholarship Foundation ($2,000), National Guard State Family Readiness Council ($3,000), Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society ($8,000), Operation Homefront ($7,000), VetGroup ($5,000), and Volunteers of America ($7,000).
